Getting paid

How you get paid

No middleman: on your own store, the buyer pays straight into YOUR Rebill account. Etrovvo does not receive, hold or forward your sale money. What you do is open your account, clear Rebill’s verification and paste two keys in the dashboard. Applies to Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile.

Wondering "where's my money"? The in-dashboard help assistant brings you straight to this guide.

1

Open your Rebill account

This is where your sales land. The account is yours, opened in your business name — Etrovvo does not open or operate an account on your behalf.

  1. 1Go to my.rebill.com/signup and create the account with your real business details.
  2. 2Upload the documents Rebill asks for in the business verification (the KYB).
  3. 3The review is done by people, at Rebill, and the timing is set by them — Etrovvo takes no part in that decision and cannot speed it up.
  4. 4Make sure you have the PRODUCTION organization: it is provisioned from Rebill’s dashboard or by their support, not by the plain signup on its own.

💡 Etrovvo does not verify your identity and does not run KYC. Rebill reviews the documents and decides — the payment-account page explains it in full.

2

Connect your account in Etrovvo

Connecting means pasting two keys in the dashboard. That is what tells your store checkout to charge into YOUR account.

  1. 1In Rebill, go to Developer Center → API Keys and create an API Key.
  2. 2Copy the public key (starts with pk_) and the secret key (starts with sk_).
  3. 3In Etrovvo, go to Settings → Payouts and paste them both.
  4. 4Etrovvo checks the key with Rebill and shows the status: Ready to sell, still in verification, or a test key.

💡 The secret key is stored encrypted and never shown back to you. Rotated your keys at Rebill? Paste the new ones here.

3

Without a connected account, customers can’t pay

This is not an optional step. Your store checkout charges with your account’s keys — until it is connected and active, there is no way for a customer to pay.

  1. 1A published store is not the same as a selling store: the storefront opens, but payment only works with the account connected and active.
  2. 2Connect as early as you can — the verification timing is Rebill’s and not ours, so starting early avoids a live store that can’t charge.
  3. 3While you wait, get the rest ready: products, theme, shipping and address don’t depend on the verification.
  4. 4In the dashboard, the Payouts page shows your account’s current status.
4

Each sale lands straight in your account

The buyer pays into your Rebill account. The money never passes through Etrovvo — there is no payout to wait for.

  1. 1The customer checks out and pays (card and the local methods available in the country).
  2. 2The amount lands in your Rebill balance and the order shows as "Paid" in your dashboard.
  3. 3Processing fees and crediting timelines come from your contract with Rebill.
  4. 4On paid plans, Etrovvo’s commission on your own store is 0%. On the free plan, the 10% commission is recorded on each order in the dashboard.

💡 No payout wait: since the money never enters an Etrovvo account, there is nothing for us to release.

5

Withdraw to your bank — inside Rebill

The balance is yours, in your Rebill account. Moving that money to your bank is done there, on their rules and timing.

  1. 1Log in to your Rebill account.
  2. 2Request a withdrawal of your balance to your bank account there.
  3. 3Withdrawal timing, limits and fees follow Rebill’s rules.

💡 Etrovvo doesn’t move that money and doesn’t withdraw for you. Verification, timing and withdrawal-fee questions go to Rebill.

6

The Etrovvo marketplace: unchanged

Everything above is about YOUR store. Sales made through the Etrovvo marketplace follow the same flow as always, unchanged.

  1. 1On the marketplace, Etrovvo is the one charging the buyer.
  2. 2Your share is released after the order’s return window (14 days after delivery).
  3. 3You track those amounts in the dashboard as usual.
