Get your store selling in 4 steps

Address, category and one product put your store online. Your payment account is what lets customers actually pay — start with it, because the verification timing is Rebill’s and not ours. Below, each step in detail, with the exact path in the dashboard.

Jump straight to the step you need:

The 4 essential steps

1

Add your origin address

~2 min

It’s where your products ship from to customers. Etrovvo uses it to calculate shipping at checkout and generate labels — without it, your store can’t go live.

  1. 1In the dashboard, click Settings in the side menu.
  2. 2In the “Origin address / store location” section, enter your postal code.
  3. 3Street, neighborhood, city and state autofill — double-check they’re right.
  4. 4Fill in the number and any complement.
  5. 5Click Save — the step turns green in your task list.
Tip: Use the real address you ship from (home, shop or warehouse). It’s what prints on the carrier label and drives the shipping quote.
2

Choose your store category

~1 min

It’s the kind of products your store sells. Etrovvo requires a valid category before your store can go live — and it helps customers find you.

  1. 1In the dashboard, go to Settings in the side menu.
  2. 2In the “Store category” section, open the list and pick what you sell (fashion, electronics, home, beauty, etc.).
  3. 3Choose the option that best describes your catalog — you can change it later.
  4. 4Click Save — the step turns green in your task list.
Tip: Pick your catalog’s main category. If you sell a bit of everything, use the one that covers most of your sales.
3

Add your first product

~5 min

Your store needs at least one active product to start selling. Make the first one count — it’s your storefront.

  1. 1In the dashboard, go to Products → New product.
  2. 2Give it a clear name and a description that answers the customer’s questions.
  3. 3Add good photos (clean background, good light) — the first becomes the cover.
  4. 4Set the price and, if you track stock, the available quantity.
  5. 5Pick a category — it helps customers find it and your store rank.
  6. 6Click Publish — it shows on your storefront instantly.
Tip: Start with 3–5 products so the store doesn’t look empty. You can add the rest whenever you like.
4

Connect your payment account

~10 min + verification

Without this, customers can’t pay. In these countries the buyer pays straight into YOUR Rebill account — the money never passes through Etrovvo. That is why the account is yours and has to be connected and active.

  • Brazil
  • Mexico
  • Argentina
  • Colombia
  • Chile
  1. 1Create your account at my.rebill.com/signup, in your business name.
  2. 2Upload the documents Rebill asks for in the business verification (the KYB). The review is done by people, at Rebill, and the timing is set by them — Etrovvo takes no part in that decision.
  3. 3Make sure you are on the PRODUCTION organization: it is provisioned from Rebill’s dashboard or by their support, not by the plain signup on its own.
  4. 4In Rebill, go to Developer Center → API Keys and create an API Key.
  5. 5In Settings → Payouts, paste the public key (pk_) and the secret key (sk_) and click Connect — the dashboard shows whether the account is ready to sell.

Already have a Rebill account? Don’t create a second one — just copy the keys and connect.

Tip: Start with this step: Rebill sets the verification timing, and without a connected, active account your store opens but cannot charge.
As soon as address, category and a product are done, your store goes live automatically — no approval needed. But customers can only pay once your payment account is connected and active: step 4 is not optional.

Once you’re live

Use your own domain

~15 min + propagation

Optional but recommended. Swap the Etrovvo address for store.yourbrand.com — more trust for customers and your brand first.

  1. 1Go to Settings → Domain.
  2. 2Enter the domain you already own (e.g. yourbrand.com).
  3. 3Etrovvo shows the DNS records to point at your provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
  4. 4Paste those records into your domain’s dashboard and save.
  5. 5Wait for propagation (minutes to a few hours) — your store opens on your address, with an automatic padlock (HTTPS).
Tip: No domain yet? Register a short, easy-to-remember one that matches your store name.
